At Neronote it is essential that we ensure your total satisfaction. Our shirts are expertly made and carefully checked, one-by-one, by expert eyes. In the unlikely event of any problems it is our responsibility to rectify them quickly and efficiently.

  • If the shirt you have ordered proves defective, damaged or differs from your order Neronote shall replace it or reimburse you the full amount. The choice is yours.
  • It happens very rarely but if, for any reason, there is a problem with your measurements please contact us and we shall rectify the problem in the best possible way, either by altering your shirt or replacing it at advantageous terms.

In the event of a mistake by Neronote then the return and postage costs of your new shirt shall be our full responsibility.

In the event of a problem with your new Neronote shirt do not hesitate to contact us by email customers@neronote.com, giving your personal details and a description of the problem. We will contact you with instructions on how to proceed.
