I have forgotten my password.

Write your email address into the apposite box. Click the button "Have you forgotten your password?" and a new password will be immediately sent to you.

 

How can I use my discount coupons?

The discount coupons shall be put into the apposite box "Coupon Neronote" after choosing the payment details.



My previous orders.

To see and check out the orders you have placed so far log in to access your personal area and click the button "My previous orders".

 

What payment methods do you accept?

You can pay for your Neronote order in three ways:

  • Credit card: we accept all major credit cards (Mastercard, Visa, American Express) as well as other local payments systems depending on your country;
  • Paypal;
  • Bank transfer: your order will be processed as soon as payment has been received. This may take several days.

 

Are payments secure.

Neronote collects only the minimum amount of personal data required to deliver your order: name and surname, contact details and address. This data is strictly protected and will not be disclosed to third parties.

For online payments we rely on leading global gateways chosen for their certified maximum security standards. Personal data relating to payments – such as your credit card number – will be acquired only by the gateway and will not be shared with Neronote.

 

I've had problems with the payment.

If you had a problem with the payment (with Paypal or paying with your credit card), access the section "My previous orders" and look for the order you wish to pay. Once you've entered into your order click the button "Pay now with credit card/Paypal".
Alternatively you can decide to pay by bank transfer using the following instructions:

Can I change the delivery address after placing an order?

It's not possible to change the delivery address after placing an order. Please contact us. We'll do it for you.

 

The shirt I received proves defective/damaged/differs from the order.

Our shirts are handmade individually so errors can occasionally occur. In this case, Neronote assumes full responsibility for rectifying the mistake at no charge to the customer. Read our returns information on how to proceed.

 

I've made a mistake with the measurements of my shirt.

Taking measurements is very simple if you follow the instructions on our website and mistakes are very rare. However, if you notice a mistake and your shirt does not fit perfectly, Neronote will take any steps required to ensure you are happy with the final result at no further cost. How do I return my shirt?

In the event of a problem of any kind with your Neronote shirt please see our returns policy, or, if you are in any doubt, please do not hesitate to contact our customer care team for information on how to proceed.

 

Prefer to use your own return service?

We always recommend using our insured shipping service (DHL). If you wish to use your own return service please tell us earlier. Neronote is not responsible for lost or damaged returns sent with a different courier.
