Holder of Data Processing

The holder of data which are collected and processed through this website is NERONOTE S.r.l, with legal registered offices in Via Totti 7/a 60131 Ancona – VAT Number, Tax Number and registered in the Company Register of Ancona no. 02432110423 - (hereafter: "NERONOTE"): shall autonomously decide the purposes and methods of data processing, in addition to the security procedures to be applied, in order to guarantee the confidentiality, integrity and availability of the data.

Optional or obligatory nature of the conferment of said data.

The conferment of your personal data to NERONOTE, which is required for various data collection purposes, may be obligatory for the pursuance of the purposes identified in the information section, or optional.
The optional or obligatory nature of data conferment is specified each time – with reference to each piece of information required. Every request for data is accompanied by the character (*) alongside the information which is obligatory.
Failure to provide NERONOTE with any of the data marked as obligatory shall make it impossible to execute the main purpose of the specific data collection: the absence of such data may, for example, make it impossible for NERONOTE to execute the contract of purchase for products at www.neronote.com or to supply the other services available at: www.neronote.com (eg. Assistance services, sending of newsletters).

The conferment to NERONOTE of additional data, differing from that marked as essential is, instead, optional and does not result in any consequence concerning the pursuance of the main purposes of the data collection.

The persons responsible for data processing

At the moment, those responsible for processing your data are as follows:

1. The Shirtmaker Giovanni Taccaliti srl, for the data processing necessary to provide its personalized and made-to-measure services;

2. FEDEX and TNT for the data processing necessary to carry out its activities relating to the dispatch, delivery and return of products purchased from: www.neronote.com;

3. Cone sas for the data processing regarding its services of management and maintenance of the web server and CRM of NERONOTE;

Your rights

You may exercise your right to obtain, from NERONOTE, confirmation of the processing of your personal data, even if you still have not registered with our website, and the communication of such data in an intelligible format.
In addition, you may also exercise your right to obtain, from NERONOTE, information concerning the origin of your personal data, the purpose and method of the processing of your personal data; the logic applied in the event of processing carried out with the aid of electronic instruments; the holder's identification details as well as the identity of those responsible for data processing; details of the subjects, or categories of subjects, to which your personal data may be transmitted, or who may be notified of such, for example, as those responsible for data processing. In addition, you have the right to obtain from NERONOTE:

a) the updating, amendment and integration of your personal data;
b) the cancellation, transformation into anonymous form or the blocking of personal data processed in breach of the law, including data for which
conservation is unnecessary relating to the purposes for which the data have been collected or subsequently processed;
c) the declaration that the operations contained in letters a) and b) have been brought to the notice (also regarding their content) of those to whom the data
have been communicated or transmitted, except for cases in which such execution proves impossible or involves the employment of means which are manifestly disproportionate with respect to
the protected right.

In any event, you have the right to oppose, fully or partly:
a) for legitimate reasons, the processing of personal data which concerns you, even if they are relevant to the purposes of data collection;
b) the processing of personal data which concerns you for the purposes of sending advertising or direct marketing material, or for the completion of market research or
communications of a commercial nature.
You may freely and, at any time, exercise your rights by way of a written request addressed to NERONOTE - either by post or e-mail support@neronote.com.
In order to ensure that your personal details are always accurate, updated, relevant and complete, we ask you to notify us at support@neronote.com of any changes to your personal details.

Art. 130, para. 4, legislative decree 196/2003 - Please note that the legislation concerning personal data protection permits NERONOTE - without the requirement of your express permission - to utilize your data for activities related to the direct selling of products similar to those which you have already purchased, on condition that you do not refuse such use of the e-mail address which you provided.

Provision issued by the Italian Data Protection Authority dated 19 June 2008, concerning the simplification of fulfilments with respect to data processing for administrative and accounting purposes - Please also note that the aforesaid Data Protection Authority, with its own provision, has granted permission for NERONOTE to utilize your postal address to send you –
administrative and accounting documents - advertising material; relating to products which are similar to those which you have already purchased, on condition that you do not refuse such use of the postal address which you provided.

How and why we process your personal data

The processing of your personal data is mainly carried out electronically by NERONOTE and by other subjects who, appropriately selected in terms of their reliability and competence, conduct operations which are instrumental towards the pursuance of the purposes which are strictly connected with the use of our website, its services and the purchase of products through our website. The specific purposes for which the data have been processed are summarized, each time, in the information section ex. art. 13, legislative decree 196/2003, which is presented to users when they provide their personal details.

Generally, the data are processed for the delivery of the following services, which are available by accessing our website:

1. registration to the website, in order to use its related services;
2. subscription to additional and specific services, eg. our newsletter and other similar information services concerning our business, the creation of your own profile, the chance to invite your friends to join at: www.neronote.com;
3. processing of orders and associated activities;
4. management of your requests: of a technical or commercial nature, the status of your orders and overall requests for information;
5. contacting those in charge of our services (customer service, press office, partnerships, affiliation programme)

Applicable law

This Privacy Policy is governed by Italian law and, in particular, by the Italian Personal Data Protection Code (legislative decree 30 June 2003 no.196) which disciplines the processing of personal data - also data which are held abroad - carried out by whoever is resident, or based, in Italy.

The Code guarantees that the processing of personal data is carried out in full observance of the basic rights of the subjects concerned, in addition to their dignity, with particular reference to confidentiality, personal identity and the right to personal data protection.
